If you are concerned about environment and eco-friendly fashion, then I am sure you are a big fan of Stella McCartney.

As a pioneer of anti-leather and anti-fur use in fashion, the designer is making a statement and an exemplary commitment to be environmentally conscious with every single piece of her designed collections.

“Effortless chic” and “trendy” perfectly describe her collections, and as a perfect example, this week we want to highlight the flawless Falabella Tartan Cross-Body Bag.

This bag is made from non-leather, cruelty-free materials using highly skilled manufacturing techniques. The lining has been created from recycled plastic bottles as part of their ongoing commitment to animal and eco-friendly fashion.

Besides all of the above, I personally find this bag very trendy with its tartan wool check pattern and its gold-tone hardware. The tartan print made its come back for Winter 2014 in every luxury brands for clothing collections, but only very few added it onto a bag. It is, however, a good compromise for those who don’t especially want to have the entire Scottish look, but just an added a rocky touch that will spice up any outfit.
