It was created by Gaston-Louis Vuitton, and was originally dubbed the “Squire”. It was also called the “Champs Elysees” after the great Parisian thoroughfare before it was finally christened the “Alma” after the square that marks where the end of the Avenue Montaigne meets the Seine River.

It is second to the speedy in popularity, and rumour has it, the Louis Vuitton Alma was a custom made bag for Lady Coco Chanel herself. They found the style among her possesions when she died, and since have continued to re-work the classic silhouette in modern skins, colours and prints.

Whilst the bag comes in a wide variety of colors and textures, including bright solid candy colors in epi leather, monogran vernis and the iconic monogram canvas, our  Alma boasts a super sleek and limited edition exotic skin. Crafted from rich ostrich leather in a perfect pop colour sunset orange, there has never been a more apt time to make an invest. The rich hyper-saturated hue is perfect to round off your summer outfit, but also exudes an autumnal feel, which will see you into the cooler months. We are definitely obssesed!
