Dripping With Diamonds: Throwback to Golden Globe Awards

While extravagant gowns that walk the red carpets make the headlines, what does not go unnoticed are the spectacular diamonds that make us gasp in awe. Finally, on 11th January 2023, the 80th Golden Globe Awards will celebrate an exceptional year of movie-making where stars will sparkle in style. Some of the oldest heritage jewelry brands, like Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Harry Winston, Bvlgari, and Tiffany & Co., are a few names we are also predicting this year. With the regal Giambattista Valli yellow gown, Lopez layered two Harry Winston necklaces, a 46.95-carat wreath style, and a 68.40-carat cascading drop piece. She also wore 16.46-carat diamond drop earrings, a 59.27-carat bracelet, a 5.21-carat band ring made in platinum, and a radiant-cut yellow diamond ring. In total, 200 carats of diamonds!

For the 2015 Golden Globe red carpet, she slipped into a strapless Gucci gown to flaunt her exotic necklace that elegantly wrapped around her décolletage like a serpent, except this snake had more than 77 carats of diamonds!

With vibrant blue petals and intricate sculpting placed all over, her Golden Globe diamonds were truly the star of her ensemble.
